Motivacraft Help Center

Motivacraft is a gamification platform designed to transform employee engagement and motivation through customized digital experiences. As the product scaled, it needed a comprehensive Help Center to support users, reduce support tickets, and streamline onboarding.

We designed and built a user-friendly, well-structured Help Center that includes categorized support articles, video-based tutorials, and quick-access FAQ pages. We also developed specialized sections for API documentation and developer support — making it easier for both end users and technical teams to find what they need, fast. The entire system was designed to reflect the Motivacraft brand while staying clear, responsive, and intuitive.
